Northeast Registries - Taradale is currently seeking a dependable and customer focused individual to join our team in a temporary contracted role as a Delivery Driver &amp; Door Monitor. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with the public, has strong organizational skills, attention to detail and can adapt to a fast-paced environment. The first thing that people will see at the registry is you! Weekends are particularly busy with volume and extra road-testing clients. The office requires a door monitor to manage client volume and assist clerks with admin duties while also going out on daily deliveries to dealerships. Duties - Door Monitor <ul><li>Give open and friendly service.</li><li>Inquire about the service the client is at the registry for. You will be given a sheet of common Q&amp;A's and you will slowly get used to knowing the requirements.</li><li>Ask if the customer signed up for e-Reminders and give them the form.</li><li>Sit/stand at the front door and control the volume of clients in the registry when it's busy.</li><li>Small admin and housekeeping duties when controlling volume isn't necessary.</li><li>Take driver's license photos.</li><li>Perform eye tests.</li></ul>Duties - Delivery Driver <ul><li>Completing deliveries to dealerships. </li><li>Ensuring that a representative from each dealership is able to sign for every service and that when required a NVIS is received.</li><li>Dropping off mail and making stops at our other Northeast Registries locations when required</li><li>Use of personal vehicle </li><li>Tracking Km's and submitting for monthly reimbursement </li></ul>Qualifications <ul><li>Valid driver's licence</li><li>Reliable vehicle and valid insurance </li></ul>Details<ul><li>Location: Northeast Registries Taradale.</li><li>Wage: $19/hour</li><li>Km's reimbursed monthly at .58 cents/km driven </li><li>Position: 6-month temporary contract</li><li>Schedule </li><li class="ql-indent-1">Monday 11:15pm-7:15pm</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Tuesday 10:15am-6:15pm</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Friday 10:15am-6:15pm</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Saturday 9:00am-5:15pm</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Sunday 12:00pm-5:15pm</li></ul>Decisions regarding next steps will be made by May 22nd.
