Position Overview:

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be at the forefront of providing exceptional service to our customers. You will assist individuals with a wide range of motor vehicle-related services, ensuring their needs are met efficiently, accurately, and with a smile. This is more than just a job; it's an opportunity to become a trusted resource for the community and help streamline their interactions with the Registry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Advocacy: Be the face of the Registry, offering a warm welcome to each visitor and ensuring they feel valued and heard throughout their visit.
  • Expert Guidance: Provide expert guidance on motor vehicle regulations, processes, and documentation requirements, making complex procedures accessible and understandable for customers.
  • Transaction Processing: Efficiently process various transactions such as driver's license applications, vehicle registrations, and Alberta health care applications, ensuring all paperwork is complete and accurate.
  • Problem Solving: Tackle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, demonstrating empathy and creative problem-solving skills to turn challenging situations into positive outcomes.
  • Technology Integration: Embrace and utilize technology to expedite services and streamline processes, making the registry experience as smooth as possible.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and procedures, receiving one-on-one training and reading policy to enhance your knowledge and skills.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a supportive and positive work environment, sharing insights and best practices to enhance overall customer service.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends shifts are required

Northeast Registries currently has three locations. At this time, we are hiring for a 12-month temporary maternity leave position at our Sunridge & Taradale locations.
